This boutique hotel renovation breathed new life into an existing downtown landmark, celebrating Pittsburgh’s industrial roots while embracing a warm, contemporary aesthetic. The design focused on restoring the building’s original charm and infusing it with local character through custom furnishings, curated artwork, and collaborations with regional artisans. Every space, from the inviting lobby to the UPSTAIRS mezzanine, was reimagined to reflect a sense of craftsmanship, authenticity, and community.
